And we thought BigCo's were the problem with specs?
I say forget committies and standards...let anybody who wants a shot take a shot. Support RSS on your site in addition to your own personal jig. If we get enough species in place maybe the strongest will survive. Sure it will be pain full...but at least we'll have folks approaching the problem from > 1 mindset plus our pool of ideas will be much larger.
Anyway you look at it...this space is way to confusing to follow and to stay in tune to (at least for me).

Richard Caetano is a dairy boy turned musician after hearing the late great Miles Davis. Richard plays bass for a few local bands and dabbles with guitar and piano as well. While music is his main passion, programming has been an interest since his preteen years. He has had success with many projects, both locally and throughout the United States.
